During this 2 day workshop you will learn how to navigate through conflict with more courage, hold on to what truly matters to you and speak more honestly. This workshop with challenge your perception of conflict and strengthen your relationships. Limited to 20 participants. Includes morning tea.

INCLUDES:
Modalities - NVC, NLP, Breathwork.
Topics - Identifying/working with stress response, empathy to connect, listening to what matters, fear vs presence.

FACILITATORS:
Anna Groves and Rob ten Broeke are partners in life and in work. They are passionate about finding ways to move through conflict with mindfulness to build deeper connection within their own relationship. Anna is a certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer and Somatic Practitioner, Rob is a certified Breathworker, Hypnotist and NLP Practitioner.
